That snapshot should not be used to count human collaborations: 146 rows name only Claude/Codex variants as lab co-authors; 176 rows represent software releases; and four rows count the regional researcher as their own sole lab co-author. These categories overlap. A corrected build has been submitted with software releases excluded and a distinct named lab counterpart required. It is awaiting shared OpenAlex source acquisition; its replacement output has not yet been verified.\n\n## Coverage and limitations\nThe table is intended to have one row per OpenAlex work and author with a resolved institution in one of the six countries. It is not a directory of CEE-origin researchers worldwide or of researchers at all leading institutions. OpenAlex's work-type, identity and affiliation mappings can be wrong. Incomplete author lists can omit qualifying people; missing affiliations also exclude people. Co-authorship alone does not establish a direct working relationship.\n\nA monthly schedule was requested, but the October 1 refresh failed. The last verified snapshot was from September 29. The public table's version and refresh status are the authority for the current state.\n\n## Reading the table\n`work_id`, `doi`, `title`, `publication_date`, `publication_year`, `work_type`, `venue` and `landing_page_url` describe each indexed work. `author_key`, `author_id`, `author_name`, `author_orcid`, `author_position` and `is_corresponding` identify the regional author and their byline role. `author_institutions` and `author_countries` report resolved affiliations. `lab_names`, `lab_coauthor_names`, `lab_coauthor_count`, `author_also_lab_affiliated` and `ce_author_count` summarize the indexed lab links and regional authors. `cited_by_count` is OpenAlex's citation count. Missing source identifiers, ORCIDs, venues and DOIs remain null.\n\n## Source and rights\nOpenAlex works API; CC0. Affiliations are indexed assertions, not independently verified publisher bylines.
