detail_level says which kind a row is:

• full, 332,117 companies: parsed from the Ministry of Justice register files, with every risk flag. This covers every legal form at every court, except the limited liability companies (s.r.o.) of the Prague court.
• limited, 310,164 companies: those s.r.o., and any other company the register files lack, taken from the ARES register archive. They carry the name, legal form, dates, seat and ČNB licences only. Their risk flags are empty, which means unknown, not false.

• Window: the register as the Ministry of Justice and ARES publish it on the day of the build, including companies deleted earlier this year, with no history before the first build.
• Grain: one row per company ID. The full rows come first.
• Size on 19 October 2026: 642,281 companies, of which 628,345 are active.
• companies_at_seat counts only full companies, so it reads low at addresses in Prague, and it is empty on limited rows.
• Cadence: the table is set to rebuild once a day.

• ico, company_name, legal_form, registered_on and is_active: who the company is and whether it is still registered.
• seat_address and companies_at_seat: where it is registered and how many active companies share that address.
• share_capital, activities and generic_trade_licence_only: how it is capitalised and what it may do.
• directors_count, foreign_directors_count, owners_count and corporate_owners_count: who runs and owns it, counted rather than named.
• has_insolvency_record, has_bankruptcy_record, in_liquidation, has_enforcement_record and dissolution_proceedings: the risk records in its register entry.
• cnb_licensed and cnb_licences: the Czech National Bank licences or registrations it holds.
• detail_level: full or limited, as above.

On limited rows every column other than the name, legal form, dates, seat and ČNB columns is empty. Share capital is empty where the register states none, as for most partnerships. A company deleted this year keeps its name, dates and legal form, and nothing else. A flag that reads false means the register entry holds no such record today. It does not mean the company is safe.

The Czech public register open data that the Ministry of Justice publishes at dataor.justice.cz, and the ARES public-register archive that the Ministry of Finance publishes at ares.gov.cz. Both publishers state that their data carries no copyright or database right. The Czech National Bank's open-data lists of regulated entities are credited to the ČNB. No publisher endorses this dataset.
