German public charging infrastructure

• Window: official CSV snapshot of 1 September 2026; 116,443 facilities and 57 columns. Commissioning dates are calendar dates. The newer 30 September XLSX edition is not included in this version.
• Grain: one registered charging facility per ID. Several facilities can share an address.
• Updates: native whole-table rebuild scheduled monthly on the 8th at 09:00 UTC. A Codex check on the 7th discovers newer official download editions and updates the recipe.
• Completed registrations only; the register does not capture all German charging infrastructure.

• facility_id, operator, display_name, status, facility_type: published identity and operator details.
• charge_point_count: charging points; facility_power_kw: facility rated power, kW.
• commissioned_on, registry_as_of: opening date and source snapshot date.
• street, house_number, address_extra, postal_code, city, district, state: address and administrative geography.
• latitude, longitude: published decimal degree coordinates.
• location_name, parking_info, payment_methods, opening_hours, opening_weekdays, opening_times: location, access and payment details.
• connector_types_1–_6, connector_power_kw_text_1–_6, evse_id_1–_6, public_key_1–_6: the six published charging point slots. Power stays text in kW because multiple connectors and ratings can share a slot.
• operator_name_key: lowercase search label; does not resolve corporate identity.
• operator_sector_clef, operator_sector_probability, operator_sector_model: model sector, selected-label probability and exact model pin. The probability is not independently calibrated.
• is_open_24_7: true for published 247 hours, false for restricted hours, null when unknown.
• has_ccs_connector, has_chademo_connector, has_type2_connector: explicit connector matches across all six slots.
• coordinate_review_needed: coordinates outside broad Germany bounds; a review flag rather than a corrected location.

Blank source cells become null; published labels and lists remain intact. Unknown opening hours remain null in the derived 24/7 flag. CLEF uses unknown where the operator name supplies insufficient sector evidence. Missing payment details, EVSE IDs and coordinates are not invented.
